The goddess of dawn, Aurora, represents new beginnings, which we’ve translated to mean relationships for your guests and sales for your company.

We’re a startup accelerator based in Austin, Texas, called Astronomic. In 2022, we started organizing dinner events like these, but for founders who wanted to meet investors, called Supernova Dinners. Eventually, companies began contacting us to organize business development opportunities, hence the birth of Aurora Dinners.

Here’s how Aurora Dinners work

Step 1

Setup

We’ll secure a gorgeous luxury home in the city of your choice as a unique venue to invite guests to. We’ll also identify leader(s) in your space to invite as panelists for your event.

Step 2

Lead Generation

We’ll recruit a headliner and build a list of prospects who match your target customer persona(s), then invite them to your event. We’ll put everyone who RSVPs into a lead list for you to approve or deny.

Step 3

Facilitation

We’ll arrive early to get everything set up. We’ll hire the staff, get an insurance policy, buy the food and drink, and print your marketing materials. You’ll show up, meet your leads and/or your customers, enjoy their company, then go home.

Step 4

Follow-Ups

We’ll follow up with everyone after the event to thank them for coming. We’ll link a photo album as well as your team’s contact information for follow-ups.
