Welcome to Aurora Dinners. By participating in our events or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern the responsibilities and rights of our clients, guests, real estate partners, headliners, and Aurora Dinners.

1. Services

Aurora Dinners organizes private chef dinners designed to facilitate high-level business networking. We provide:

Event Planning and Coordination: Including guest list curation, event location arrangement, and program development.

Networking Opportunities: Aurora Dinners will introduce clients to carefully selected target customers.

Headliner Participation: Featuring a semi-famous business personality to share their story in a fireside chat setting.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

Event Objectives and Guest Selection: Collaborate with Aurora Dinners to define event goals and identify potential attendees based on provided target personas.

Payment of Fees: Pay all agreed-upon fees as outlined in the contract before the event date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the event.

Compliance and Conduct: Respect all applicable laws and guidelines, ensuring a respectful and professional environment at the event.

3. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

Guests attending Aurora Dinners events are expected to:

Professional Conduct: Maintain appropriate behavior, respecting other attendees, staff, and the event property.

Confidentiality: Treat any shared personal or business information with discretion. Unauthorized sharing of contact information or event details is prohibited.

Health and Safety Compliance: Comply with any health and safety guidelines or requirements as stipulated by Aurora Dinners or the event location.

4. Real Estate Partner Agreement

Real estate partners who provide event locations agree to:

Property Use: Provide access to a luxury home or venue under agreed terms and conditions, including timeframe and event purpose.

Promotion of Event Space: Understand and agree that high-net-worth guests will be present, with the potential for exposure to prospective buyers.

Liability Waivers: Agree to Aurora Dinners' liability limits concerning event-related damages, for which clients and/or guests may be responsible.

5. Headliner Responsibilities

Headliners who participate in Aurora Dinners events agree to:

Event Engagement: Commit to attending the event and participating in a fireside chat, sharing their professional experiences.

Promotion and Conduct: Permit Aurora Dinners to promote their participation in the event and conduct themselves professionally in line with event expectations.

Liability and Privacy: Headliners understand that their personal stories and perspectives shared in the fireside chat will remain exclusive to event attendees.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations: Cancellations by clients must adhere to the policies defined in the sales contract.

Force Majeure: Aurora Dinners is not liable for cancellation due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations). In such cases, we will work with clients on rescheduling options.

7. Intellectual Property and Media Use

Aurora Dinners may document events through photos or videos for promotional purposes. Attendees, including guests and headliners, grant Aurora Dinners the right to use these media. Any opt-out requests should be communicated before the event date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aurora Dinners is not liable for:

Personal Injury or Loss: Including damage or loss of personal items during events.

Third-Party Services: Including services provided by chefs, caterers, or other vendors hired for the event.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this location.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

Aurora Dinners reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify our clients and partners of any significant changes via email or by posting the updated Terms on our website.
